Greenside is a drafting and design company that has been working extensively with residential remodeling and additions throughout the Santa Cruz County and Santa Clara County over the past decade. From working closely with Home Owners, Contractors, Interior Designers, Architects, Engineers and other Specialists on a variety of projects, we have developed a well rounded service that can assist in many ways.

               We are oriented towards green building and feel it is important to build in ways that maximize the the technology available while minimizing the effects on the environment. Fortunately many of the modern advances simultaneously save energy and money. Upgrading lights, appliances and ventilation systems can quickly pay return on investments in money saved.
